As the Administrator, you will serve as the leader of your facility, overseeing all aspects of operations, including:
Clinical quality and regulatory compliance
Financial performance and budget management
Team development, recruitment, and retention
Resident and family satisfaction
Community engagement and census growth
Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
The ideal candidate:
Holds a current Nursing Home Administrator license (or is eligible for licensure in Iowa)
Has experience leading skilled nursing or long-term care operations
Demonstrates strong financial and operational acumen
Is passionate about developing people and creating high-performing teams
Believes in recruiting, retaining, and investing in in-house staff to provide the best possible care
Leads with integrity, accountability, and a resident-centered approach
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to run their facility like their own business
